Kieron Axten (Project Manager / Art director / Researcher)

Creativity in many forms is my drug of choice - the rushes I get from other peoples and my own. If you ever catch me being passive about some form of creativity - then I apologise - you have caught me on a bad day.

While in the future I want to be better at design for screen and print - the area I currently feel most comfortable in is programming for the web. I am tennacious when it comes to solving technical issues and rarely settle for anything short of perfection - this is my gift, my curse.

I want a job I enjoy, I love building Lego with my 3 year old son, watching spiderman and going fishing - but I guess a job in Multimedia will do.

Jason Maiden (Visual Media Designer)

Strengths - Visual design, html/CSS, scripting in general

John Tranter (Author/programmer)

My particular areas of interest are authoring and scripting (ASP, VBscript, JavaScript, Director, Lingo, and of course HTML), I enjoy hacking away at code for hours. one area that I am perhaps weaker in is Flash.

Matt Clarke (Time based media designer)

My technical abilities are focused mainly around design, using Flash, Photoshop and HTML. Whilst I have a good understanding of coding principles, I consider this area to be my main weakness.

On a more personal level, I am professional, methodical and somewhat a perfectionist. It is this aspect of my character that can impact on the length of time it takes for me to complete a piece of work to my satisfaction. Consequently, this can probably be categorised as both a strength and a weakness.
