Searching & Browsing Tips

Find CD titles quickly and easily through our search feature.

You can locate specific items by genre, artist, title, songs or price range - or any combination of them. Below is a step-by-step guide to searching for titles:

1. Select the appropriate genre by selecting an option from the 'genre' drop down menu at the top of the web page. If you are not sure of the genre leave it set to 'All Genres'.
   
   
2. Type your search information in either the 'artist' or 'title' search field. If you want to include track names in your title search - click on the check box named 'songs'. Song names from the CDs will then be included in your search.
   
   
3. If you wish to search a predefined price bracket, simply select one from the menu named 'price range'.
   
   
4. If you have a prefered order in which you would like your search results displayed, you can do so by selecting an option from the 'sort by' menu. Asc is short for Ascending and Desc is short for Descending.
   
   
5. You can then either hit the enter key on your keyboard or click the 'GO' button to see your search results.
   
   
6. Choose from the links on the search results pages in order to get to a specific items' web page.
   
   
7. Once you have left the homepage and begun searching - the options you select will remain throughout your searches unless you change them. Only the 'artist' and 'title' search boxes will reset - ready for a new search each time.

Search Tips

• The more information used as search criteria, the more specific the results.
  
  
• For hard to spell searches, just enter the beginning of the search term. Try to use single words if you are not sure.
  
  
• Search fields are not case sensitive.
